Wonderful Wednesday!

Wednesday!
I am operating on yet another 2 hour delay due to the frigid temperatures!
Wednesday means it is time to share a new Kraftin' Kimmie creation.
This week, I am sharing Disco Donna.
This is the first time I colored using this particular skin combo.
 But I liked  it.

I kept the card layout clean and simple.
Then, I added some stars and sequins to complete this creation.
This image was so fun to color.

Love is in the Air

This week's Kraftin' Kimmie challenge is Love is in the Air.
For my creation, I used the rubber stamp image titled: 
I used Copic markers to color in this cutie using the following colors:

I chalked in the clouds and added some star sequins and enamel dots.

Sassy Cheryl's Anything But a Square

It's Tuesday!
And it is time for a new challenge here at Sassy Cheryl's.
This week's theme is Anything But a Square.
I'll admit this was a true challenge for me.
I am a square person.
So, I may have pushed the boundaries.
And then, I rounded the corners and added some circles!
Here is my creation using: Avery.
 This image can be found in the Avery Is Thankful Digital Stamp Set.
I used Copic markers to color this Sassy image in using the following colors:

I added some stickles to this cupcake cutie. 
And the sequins...since they are my embellishment choice lately.
I don't know about you...

Oh, YEAH!
That's right...this Sassy Gal is turning 29! (Ahem!)
It is on Sunday, Feb 2nd.
Superbowl and Ground's Hog Day!

Soon...A New Release

Tiddly Inks Tag

Howdy!
This week's Tiddly Inks challenge is...Tag, you're it!
Yep, a tag challenge.
For this challenge, I colored up Howdy Cowgirl Wryn.
Here is my tag creation:
I went with a Patriotic theme.
Stars, horses, and cowgirls, oh my!
It doesn't get more All-American than that!
The little 3D sticker comes from Spotted Canary and it reads: Land That I ❤️.

Pearls.

Hey Ya, Friends!
It is Tuesday and that means the start of a new challenge theme over at Sassy Cheryl's.
The theme is pearls.
For this challenge, I used a new image titled: Just a Whisper.
Here is my creation:


I kept the layout clean and simple. And I added three little pearl embellishments.
The sentiment reads: I simply enjoy you.
The image is colored using Copic markers and I used chalk to add the clouds.

As I compose this blog post, we are expecting six inches of snow throughout the night.
I am so ready for spring and sunshine!
I know...it is a little early to be wishing for spring just yet. But I despise driving in the white stuff.

Godiva

So...what does one do on a cold winter Sunday?
Color, of course!
I LOVE Kraftin' Kimmie stamps!
They are soooo much fun to play and create with. I just ordered the new Let the Good Times Roll rubber stamp set. How will I ever explain to The Husband that purchase? 
Eh, Nevermind...no explaining! It's an addiction that I can't break. 
 Today, I colored up a Kraftin' Kimmie image titled Godiva.
 Here is my creation using Godiva:

I really wanted to add glitter Stickles to the horse's mane. I still might just because I can!

Penny Black Sending Hugs Challenge

I recently purchased a new wooden rubber mounted stamp from Michael's Craft Store.  So, here is my creation:
This Penny Black Stamp is a Melle Papillon - Rubber Stamp
by Penny Black. 
The sentiment reads: Soulmates are people who bring out the best in you. They are not perfect, but are perfect for you. 
I colored this image using Copic markers. And the DP is from Fancy Pants~Park Bench. 
Sparkles were added to the butterflies using Stickles. 

This has to be one of my favorite cards I've made.

Bambi Bubble Gum

One more submission to the Kraftin' Kimmie Krafty Guest Contest. The top 10 will be chosen and whittled down to three! Whittled...I like that word!

Can't you just hear Bambi cracking her bubble gum? I could so see myself being friends with her.

Soooo...I couldn't wait to color up the newest image: Pure Joy.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this new digi stamp!!!

Isn't she wonderful?!?
I love it! And then...after I created this card...I had a moment of pure panic because my fellow Sassy Gals were all creating" Winter Blue" creations. Oh no...I said aloud to myself, how could I be so wrong!?!?
So, I said that this cutie is jumping for joy to chase the winter blues away!
Ha!

Tiddly Inks Clean &Simple

A new challenge at Tiddly Inks this week is Clean and Simple #124...just my style. And since the wind chill here is -34 degrees, school has been cancelled and I have bundled up and armed myself with hot coffee and lots of images to color.
Here is my new clean and simple creation using Lilli Claire's Bouquet:
Of course, I used my Copic markers to color Miss Lilli in and the sentiment reads: Hugs and Kisses. 
I added a few enamel dots and waa-laa! I just adore Tiddly Inks images. I can't think of a better way to spend a snow day then coloring in an adorable Tiddly image.
