Operation Write Home

A new Operation Write Home Sketch challenge #185 is up today! I don't think I have missed a Sunday sketch challenge all summer! 
Here is the sketch:


 


The image is from Some Odd Girl.   It is called Squeezey Hugs. The image was cropped but in the original image they are standing. 

I colored up this image monochromatically using Copic markers in the following colors: C1,3,5,7. The paper is from My Mind's Eye~ In Bloom. The sentiment comes from Hero Arts Clear Stamp Set. I have been stalking the local craft stores waiting to get my hands on the Operation Write Home set. And I found it! There was just one and I snatched it up so quickly! I may have done a little happy dance, too!  Hero Arts donates 25% of the profits of this set to OWH. I so love OWH!
