S-u-m-m-e-r Sun!

Summer! Ahhhhhhhhh! And it rained all day. No Sun but rain, rain, rain.  So, I got to color up and make two new cards today in between a very heated game of Candy Land with my 7 year old!!
First, I used Snorkel Tobie from Some Odd Girl. You can purchase Tobie at a discount price right at the moment. 
I created an underwater scene and then  after I was all done, I realized he was holding a towel. Who goes snorkeling underwater holding a towel? Oh, well! 

Second, I colored up Mermaid Miranda from Tiddly Inks. Challenge #112 is Summer Sun.

 Her hair is so big, I had to turn the card to get her to fit. Miranda was not easy to fussy cut out either! Well, that's all for now. Enjoy the rest of your week, my friends! Maybe there will be some Summer Sun to enjoy where you are...

    Both of the cards are fabulous Angie! The backgrounds really are beautiful and offset each image nicely. I do agree about Tobie's towel, maybe he is using it for extra weight? :D Thanks for playing along with us at Tiddly Inks!
